2. Silk screen printing glass: on glass surface printing, Color by PANTON and RAL.

2.1. Frosted Semi-transparent Silk Screen Printing glass
Instead of acid etched glass, is our factory strength product, We use frosted ceramic paint Environmental friendly paint, Meet the ROHS standard for environmental protection of Europe, which is printed before tempering, Ceramic pait is tempered by 680 ºC -720 ºC high temperature, instant baking and instant cooling of the enhanced way to make the ink and the glass melt into one.

2.2 Colors silk screen printed glass
On clear float glass, low iron glass, tinted glass,patterned surface printing

3. Edge work:  Matt or polishing
                        pencil/flat/bevel edge
                        chamfered edge: safety corner or radius corner
Different edge types available
         Flat Polish Edge: In this application, the edges of the glass shelf have been polished to a smooth shiny finish.
         Pencil Polish Edge: Popular with circle or oval shapes, the side edge is rounded for a softer look.
        Beveled Polish Edge: In this application, the edges of the glass shelf are cut and polished in an angle with a specific Bevel Width to produce a certain "look". This process leaves the glass shelf thinner around the edges and thicker in the center.
Corner finishes offered are listed below:
          Safety corner: corners are cut down to a 45 degree angle and then polished
           Radius corner: corners are cut down to a radius and then polished

1. Glass thickness -0.2mm, Precise size, apis glass tolerance ±0.5mm

2. flat polished edge, bright edge, no twill, average chamfered 1mm

3. safety corners, Reduce the risk of hurt installers hands and broken small pieces, more safety. Other supplier no this.

4. water jet cutouts, precise size, with safety corner, no small broken pieces, other supplier no this.

5. The bent curvature rate is 0.15%, granularity of tempering 55-85 pieces.
